What's new

What's new in REHL

We ship improvements to REHL constantly. Here's what's new.

In the works

Being built now. Not available yet, and we are not going to give you a date for it.

  • REHL on your phone

A REHL app for iPhone and Android is in build. The half of the job that happens away from a desk: your day and your tasks, your leads and their scores, approving a follow-up REHL has drafted, logging the call you just made from your own phone, and sharing a listing from the driveway. It is the second half of REHL 2.0: the new look is the part you can see, this is the part that gets REHL off the desk. It is not out yet, and we will say it is here on the day the stores have it, never before.

  1. v2.0Latest

A new look, and color that means something

REHL gets a new identity built around the one number the product exists to give you. Colour now means a lead's temperature and nothing else.

    New

    • Colour means score, everywhere

Cold, warm, hot and very hot are the only colors that carry product meaning. The old REHL blue is retired, along with every decorative accent that competed with it, so a colored lead is a lead you should look at rather than one somebody styled. The four states a system has to be able to shout about, success, warning, error and information, keep a color of their own, pulled well away from the four bands so the two can never be confused.

    • The gauge

A calibrated 0 to 100 rule with the four bands drawn to scale and a needle at the reading. It is how REHL has always thought about a lead, so it is now the shape of the brand, and it appears on anything that talks about a score.

    • A new wordmark and typeface

REHL is set in Archivo, squared off, with the full stop and the blue dot gone. Scores, prices and dates stay in a monospaced face so columns of numbers line up and stay comparable.

  2. v1.11

The day's work, and proof it landed

A to-do list built into the product, an honest record of every message REHL sent for you, and a broker site that shows your own listings while your feed is still being connected.

    New

    • Tasks

A to-do list that lives where the work does. Create a task against a contact, a listing or a transaction, nest sub-tasks under it, set it to repeat, and get reminded. Search it, snooze it, hand it to someone else, or change a batch of them at once. Tasks sits next to Today at the top of the menu, because both are your own agenda rather than the brokerage's.

    • Did it actually reach them

Every contact's Activity tab now shows what REHL sent on your behalf and what became of it: delivered, opened, clicked, or never sent and why. It also shows what is scheduled to go next, so you know what the follow-up will do before it does it.

    • A follow-up that stops tells you why

When REHL does not send a planned message, the contact's Cultivate card now says in one sentence what stopped it, and whether it is something you can clear or something the contact has to do.

    • Your listings on your site before your feed is connected

A broker site waiting on its MLS connection now shows the brokerage's own published listings for real, at their own addresses, instead of describing them as examples. The listing page behind every flyer, social post and share link works on every plan, feed or no feed, so the link you hand a buyer today is the one that keeps working.

    • Listings that need attention

The Listings hub opens with a short, ranked strip of the properties that have gone quiet, each with one specific thing to do about it. Days on market are counted from the date the listing went on the market, not the day REHL first synced it, so the advice matches the property.

    • Your first five, and one real send

After you import your sphere, REHL picks five of your own people worth writing to today and tells you why each made the list, in a sentence you can check against what you already know about them. It drafts the email; you edit it and send it yourself.

    • What is stopping REHL working for you

Your home page now names anything switched off that is holding the product back, with a link straight to the fix, and shows nothing at all when there is nothing to do. Invited agents see the items that are theirs to clear, not just brokerage admins.

    • Export your Sphere

Download your contact book as a spreadsheet whenever you want, the whole list rather than the first page. Your data stays yours.

    • Imports keep the addresses

The sphere importer now reads mailing-address columns, including the ones Follow Up Boss and kvCORE export and the ones REHL's own export writes. A list you export, tidy up in a spreadsheet and bring back keeps everything it went out with.

    • A seat for an agent

Brokerages can seat a teammate as an agent: they work leads, listings, marketing, tasks, transactions and their own sphere, and they leave billing, users and brokerage settings alone. If your brokerage limits leads to the agent who owns them, that limit applies to every agent seat.

    • Reach a person from any page

A support button now follows you around the dashboard. Open a ticket, watch its status, and read the reply in the same panel, without leaving what you were doing or hunting for an email address.

    • Change your own name, photo and password

Your profile is yours to edit. No more asking an administrator to correct the name on your emails or swap out a headshot.

    • Open house RSVPs get a confirmation

Someone who RSVPs to your open house now receives a confirmation with the address, the date and the time, so they turn up at the right house at the right hour.

    • Saving a search moves the score

When a buyer saves a search on your site, they are telling you exactly what they want and asking to be told when it appears. That now counts toward their temperature, where before only saving an individual home did.

    • Record an opt-out you were told out loud

If someone asks you on the phone to stop contacting them, you can record it on their contact in one click. REHL honors it from that moment, across calls and texts alike, and keeps the record of when it was asked for.

    • Seller leads are marked as sellers

A contact who came in asking what their home is worth now carries a Seller marker on the list and on their record, so they get a valuation rather than a stream of listings. Buyers, which is nearly everyone, carry no badge at all.

    Fixed

    • A social post that failed no longer reads as published

Some posts came back from our posting provider as rejected inside an otherwise successful reply, and were recorded as published. Every place REHL reads a posting result now reads it the same way, so a post that did not go says so, on the listing, in the campaign and in the count.

    • Listing quality reads the market date

A property's time on market is measured from its list date rather than the day REHL first saw it, so an established listing pulled in from a new feed is no longer described as fresh.

  3. v1.10

    Know before you send

The contact card now gives you the same answer the send system itself would give, so you find out whether a message will go before you spend ten minutes writing it.

    Fixed

    • The contact card tells you what will actually happen

The lead card now shows the same reachability answer the send system itself would give, including the reply-to-confirm step some states require before a text, so you can tell before you write whether a message will actually go.

    • Every held channel says what would clear it

Where REHL is holding a channel, the card names the reason and the next step in plain language, and says so plainly when the next step is not yours to take.

  4. v1.9

Write it once, and choose how much REHL sends for you

Save the messages you send over and over, track the details your brokerage actually cares about, and decide for yourself how much of your follow-up REHL sends without asking.

    New

    • Save a message you send over and over

Keep your best listing follow-up, showing confirmation, or check-in as a saved message and reuse it in one click. Names and details fill themselves in.

    • An office library, and your own private drafts

A brokerage can publish saved messages everyone can use, while each agent keeps their own private ones. Your drafts stay yours; the office library stays put when an agent leaves.

    • Track the details your brokerage cares about

Add your own fields to a contact: text, number, date, yes/no, or a set list to pick from. Referral source, lender, HOA tolerance, whatever your office actually asks. Your brokerage defines them once and every agent fills them in on the contact.

    • Decide how much Cultivate sends for you

Set your follow-up to full autopilot, to review each message before it goes, or to write every one yourself. It is a per-agent setting, so a cautious agent and a hands-off agent can work the same pipeline differently.

    • Forms on your own website

Put a REHL lead form on any page you control. Submissions land in your pipeline like any other lead, with the agent you choose as the owner.

    • Approve a message before it sends

On review, a due message waits for you instead of going out. You see exactly what REHL wrote, edit it if you want, and send when you are happy. Nothing leaves without your say-so.

    Fixed

    • Due dates read correctly on the mobile app

A task due today no longer reads as due yesterday depending on when you opened the app.

  5. v1.8

Open house feedback, and clearer ownership

Every open house now sends you home with honest buyer feedback you can hand to the seller, and every contact shows exactly who owns the lead.

    New

    • Collect feedback at every open house

Visitors who sign in at the door get a QR code for a one-minute survey about the home. What they thought of the look, the price, the location, and the neighborhood comes straight back to you and lands on their contact record.

    • Show the seller what buyers really think

REHL rolls every open-house response into one clean summary you can show or print for the homeowner: average ratings, how the price landed, and how many visitors want a home-value report on their own place.

    • Open-house leads credit the agent who hosted

When you host an open house, the leads it brings in are attributed to you from the moment they sign in, so the credit follows the work.

    • See who a lead belongs to, and how it changed

Every contact now carries an ownership history: who first brought the lead in, which channel it came from, and any change since. Commission credit stays clear to everyone on the team.

  6. v1.7

    Your listings, marketed properly

Every post now opens with a photo worth stopping for, your flyers use the photos the listing already has, and you can add a walkthrough video without leaving the listing.

    New

    • Your posts open with your best photo

Listing posts now lead with the main MLS photo, or a real front-of-house shot when there isn't one. REHL picks your three strongest and rotates them, so the first thing anyone sees is the house looking its best, and no two posts look alike.

    • Choose the three photos that lead

On a listing's Media tab you can pick and reorder the three photos your posts open with. REHL chooses for you by default, and tells you plainly which ones are leading and which are along for the ride.

    • Flyers use the photos you already have

The printable flyer pulls the listing's own MLS photos instead of asking you to upload them a second time. A listing with photos now makes a flyer with photos.

    • Add a property video

Upload a walkthrough on the listing's Media tab. REHL shrinks it in your browser before it uploads, so a long phone video goes up quickly, keeps its sound, and still looks right. Videos take their turn in your posting rotation alongside the photos.

    • Photos are ready the moment you publish

REHL sorts a listing's photos when you publish it, so flyers and posts work straight away instead of waiting until you draft your first campaign.

    • Your pipeline shows names

Leads show the person's name instead of their email address, on the board, in the table view, and on the detail pane.

  7. v1.6

Your sphere, with the whole history

Record the home you sold a past client, keep their family and key dates on the record, and let REHL reach out on the anniversary with what that home is worth now.

    New

    • The home you sold them

Record the property behind every past-client relationship: the address, what it sold for, and when it closed. If the home was one of your own listings, REHL ties the two together for you, so everything it knows about that property stays attached to the person who owns it.

    • Anniversary notes worth reading

On the anniversary of a purchase, REHL AI can reach out with an estimate of what their home is worth today, based on comparable properties nearby. It is the difference between a card and a conversation, and it is the kind of note that gets a reply.

    • Birthdays that stop slipping past

Birthdays and home anniversaries in your sphere now trigger a touch on their own, on the right day, so the relationships you meant to keep warm stay warm without you keeping a calendar.

    • Family on the record

Link a spouse, partner, or family member to a contact, so a household reads as a household instead of unconnected names.

    • Addresses and key dates you can edit

Add or correct a contact's address, birthday, and home anniversary at any time, including on contacts you imported before you had the details.

    Fixed

    • Past-client imports now carry the full closing history.

Importing a past-client list brings the property, price, and closing date across with each contact, and links each sale to your listing when it matches one.

  8. v1.5

Know which leads are worth your morning

See which sources actually produce hot leads, catch the paperwork that has gone quiet, and let buyers set their own pace.

    New

    • See which sources produce hot leads

Sources now shows a hot rate next to every connector, not just how many leads it sent. You can finally tell the source that delivers ten serious buyers from the one that delivers a hundred that go nowhere, and spend accordingly.

    • Temperature on every import

Import a list of contacts and the batch now shows how it breaks down by score, so you can see at a glance how many are already hot instead of working through the list top to bottom.

    • Documents that have gone quiet

A Needs a nudge strip now surfaces the documents that were sent over a week ago and still are not signed, oldest first, with a reminder button right there. No more finding out at closing.

    • Buyers can set their own pace

Buyers can now choose how often they hear from a saved search: as homes list, daily, weekly, or off, right from their account. The search itself stays either way, so turning the emails off no longer means losing it. If they had turned emails off, we ask them to confirm before starting them again.

    • A way to reach an agent when it matters

Once a buyer has saved a home or a search, their account now offers to put them in touch with an agent, at the moment they are most interested rather than a week later.

    Fixed

    • Marketing puts your posts where you can act on them

Social post cards now take you where the work is: to your approval queue when a post is waiting on you, or to the listing it belongs to.

    • A clearer path to start a free trial

The sign-in page now points new agents and brokerages to a free trial instead of dead-ending them.

  9. v1.4

A contact record that tells the whole story

A rebuilt contact record, a way to capture exactly what a buyer wants, and instant search across your listings.

    New

    • Redesigned contact records

Every contact now opens as one cohesive record: a temperature hero that shows the lead's score at a glance, a clear next step to take, and a single relationship timeline that threads every email, call, note, activity, and buyer-site signal into one place, instead of scattered cards.

    • What they're looking for

Capture the specific addresses a buyer is interested in, right from adding a contact or from their record. When an address matches one of your own listings, the buyer shows up under that listing's interested leads automatically (and the other way around), so the two stay linked both ways.

    • Search your listings

The Listings hub now has fast search by address, city, or MLS number, plus pagination, so finding a property is instant even with a large feed.

    Fixed

    • Polish and cleanup across the dashboard.

  10. v1.3

Build on REHL, and pricing that makes sense

A public developer API, clearer per-agent pricing, and an onboarding that quietly gets itself ready.

    New

    • A developer API for your brokerage

Read your leads and listings programmatically. Create a key in Settings and explore the full reference at docs.rehl.us.

    • Clearer, per-agent pricing

Brokerage plans now show a simple base price plus a per-agent rate. You add agents as you grow and confirm the cost each time. No paying for empty seats.

    • Onboarding that gets itself ready

Your go-live checklist now shows exactly what is yours to do, and quietly takes care of the platform side for you.

    • REHL AI usage you can see

Track what your REHL AI usage costs, top up when you want more, and never get a surprise.

    • Investor Analysis

Enter a property and your assumptions, and REHL runs the cap rate, cash-on-cash, DSCR, a five and ten year pro forma and a sensitivity grid, then drafts an honest investment thesis. For the buyer who asks what the numbers look like.

    • Your own forms, ready to send

Build reusable documents your team sends for signature: upload a base PDF, place the fields once, publish it, and everyone sends the same form.

    • Settings you can find your way around

Brokerage settings split into their own pages for billing, branding, team, automation and developer keys, instead of one long scroll.

    • Get leads in with no integration

BCC an email, forward a portal alert, or POST a webhook, and the lead lands in your pipeline. No connector to build first.

    • A dated record of what you marketed

Every listing your brokerage has marketed, with the ownership basis at the time and, for manually entered listings, the exact attestation recorded before anything went out. The artifact you hand your MLS in an advertising dispute, instead of reconstructing who approved what from memory.

    Fixed

    • Manage your API keys from Settings

Revoke a key, then remove it from your list when you are done.

    • Dark mode polish

Cleaned up a few spots that were hard to read in dark mode.

    • Plan names read cleanly everywhere

  11. v1.2

    Referrals and a warmer welcome

    New

    • Refer a business, get a month free

Share your referral link. When another brokerage or agent signs up, your next month is on us.

    • A warmer way to get started

Book a live demo or start your free trial in minutes, no application.

    Fixed

    • Fixed a case where an automated follow-up email could send twice.

    • Refined the find-an-agent and demo-request flows.

  12. v1.1

    Onboarding and growth

    New

    • Bring your book

Migrate your contacts from Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or any CSV, with column mapping, a preview, and assign-to-agent.

    • Go-live readiness checklist

A guided activation checklist so you get set up fast.

    • Home value estimator

A “what’s my home worth” tool on your buyer sites to capture seller leads.

    • Help center and support

Searchable help articles and in-app support tickets at rehl.us/help.

    • System status page

      Live platform health at status.rehl.us.

    • Feed health

See your MLS feed's last sync, what it brought in, and anything that failed, without asking anyone.

    • Client reviews

Collect reviews from clients and publish them on your agents and your brokerage.

    Fixed

    • Listing pages now show price and address at the top on mobile.

    • Polished the onboarding steps and empty states.

    • Clearer, more accurate trial and pricing copy.

  13. v1.0

    The REHL platform

The first release of REHL, the operating system for a real estate business.

    New

    • Lead temperature scoring

Every lead carries a live 0 to 100 score and a cold / warm / hot / very hot band, with the trend and the factors behind it.

    • Pipeline and native CRM

Agent and brokerage views, lead assignment, and a full activity timeline.

    • Branded buyer sites

Each brokerage gets its own IDX search, listing detail, saved listings and searches with email alerts, and find-an-agent.

    • Listings marketing engine

AI-drafted descriptions and social captions, shareable listing pages, open houses with a walk-in form, and PDF flyers.

    • Cultivate and Nurture

AI-powered outreach cadences with fully compliant email (consent, quiet hours, one-click unsubscribe).

    • REHL AI everywhere

AI threaded through drafting, matching, and classification across the platform.

    • Per-seat billing

Simple plans for solo agents and brokerages, with a free trial.

    • Tours

Plan a Saturday of showings as one route rather than a list of appointments: several properties in order, a buyer-agreement check, and a confirmation link the buyer clicks themselves so you know before you drive.

    • Transactions

A pipeline for every deal under contract, grouped by stage, with that deal's documents attached to it.

    • Documents, signed on REHL

Send a document for signature from inside REHL and follow it through to signed. One hub holds every envelope you can see, its signing progress, and the finished PDF.

    • Inbox

Your connected email in one place. REHL AI reads what comes in, flags what looks urgent, and attaches a thread to its lead when it can match the sender.

    • Compass

An annual GCI goal with on-pace tracking, a pipeline-weighted forecast, daily activity, and a brokerage leaderboard. Built for accountability rather than decoration.

    • TrueValue

Paste an address and get a comparable-driven value range with a seller-ready narrative in seconds. The CMA you would have spent an evening on.

    • Sources

Every lead-source connector in one place, with webhook and email ingest, duplicate handling, per-source attribution and the recent errors for each.

    • The marketing hub

A calendar of what is scheduled, the social accounts REHL publishes to, an approval queue for anything waiting on you, a media library of your own headshots and b-roll for REHL AI to draw on, and a running record of what the engine has been doing on your behalf.

    • Listing compliance, and a link for your auditor

Every listing's compliance checklist at a glance, and a no-login link you can send an auditor that shows the evidence for each item. The auditor's view deliberately carries no agent names, no leads and no internal notes.

    • Smart lists

Save a filter as a named list, then work the whole list at once instead of one lead at a time.

    • Reports

Conversion funnel, pipeline forecast, and what each source actually costs you per lead.

    • Agent performance

Per-agent response time, volume, close rate and GCI for the whole roster, so a brokerage admin can see who needs help before a quarter ends.
